You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The product with attached tags and bag must be returned in same condition as you received it. If the product is anyhow ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
Returning A Package
Put the sandals bag in a separate bag before shipment. Don’t use only the original bag, it has to be covered. Include and fill in the Return Form and receipt received with the shipment and if possible,please provide us the tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Want to switch to another size or color of the same product
we will, if possible, exchange to the requested product and send the new pair out to you within 2 business days.
Want to return a defect product or a claim
Contact our customer service by e-mail: email@example.com and e-mail your complaint as soon as you discover the product defect. Inform Customer Service about the problem and provide order number, contact number and the exact description of the product’s non-compliance or deficiency, they will help you with your claim.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. It takes us only 1-2 business days to ship your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping will be done via Omniva post or DPD courier service. Delivery times indicated in the website apply from the moment the web store receives the payment for the order on its bank account. In order to avoid delivery delays, the order forms need to be filled in carefully and the delivery information submitted shall be accurate and valid. The Haiku Minimal web store is not responsible for a delay in delivery if the goods were handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay occurs due to circumstances that the Haiku MInimal web store could not foresee or control, including local Public Holidays and Days of National Importance.
Pick Up package storage in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania: 2 - 5 days
From door to door in EU countries: 4 - 10 days
You will receive an SMS notification once your package has arrived in Pick up Point. If the package is not collected within 3 business days, you will receive a reminder SMS. For door to door service, we will notify you on the day of delivery of the 1-hour time slot you can expect your package. If not acceptable, you can change the delivery time and place via SMS or our Customer Service.
The package is stored in Pick Up Point up to 7 business days, if not collected within a given time frame, your package will be returned to GRÜÜNES OÜ. You are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
